LendingGenie is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

2. No Financial, Legal, or Credit Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or credit advice.

3. No Guarantees
LendingGenie makes no guarantees regarding:
Loan approvals
Credit score changes
Funding amounts
Financial results of any kind
Use of the Service does not ensure eligibility for any financial product.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
Understand that outputs are estimates, simulations, or generalized insights, not determinations
6. Third-Party Services & Referrals
The Service may reference or link to third-party providers.
LendingGenie does not control or endorse third parties
We are not responsible for third-party decisions, offers, or outcomes
Any engagement with third parties is solely between you and them
LendingGenie may receive referral fees or commissions without influencing outcomes.
7. Subscription, Billing & Payments
The Service is offered on a subscription basis
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
Fees are charged in advance
Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe)
LendingGenie does not store full payment credentials.
8. Refund Policy
Because LendingGenie provides immediate access to digital software, all sales are final.
No refunds are provided for partial periods, unused access, or perceived outcomes, except where required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials are owned by Libereos Inc. or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal personal or business use only.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Libereos Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Libereos Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Libereos Inc. from claims arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your reliance on informational outputs
13. Termination
Libereos Inc. may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
Libereos Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
